Gregory N. Corbin, Partner
greg@werge.law

Greg is the driving force behind our firm’s Transactional, Corporate, and Non-profit practices. His enthusiasm for helping individuals, small businesses, and nonprofits is unparalleled. His experience as a recovered litigator allows him to provide his clients with invaluable insight on the situations they’re encountering, and expert counsel on how to pass through the maze of possibilities. Whenever meeting with new clients, Greg works to recognize the needs of small to mid-sized companies and develops with inventive and cost-effective solutions for his clients. Whether it is the beginning stages of a startup or finalizing an agreement that you worked hard to bring to the table, Greg is resolved to lead the way.

Prior to Werge Law Group, Greg formed and operated Signal Law, a boutique, business law firm where he developed many of the values and skills he uses to help his clients today. In April 2022, Greg and Tom merged forces to provide their clients the high quality service they expect. As a small business owner, Greg knows the risks of each decision, and more importantly, steps that can be taken to mitigate them.

Greg’s commitment to the nonprofit community continues into his personal life, where he volunteers on the Board of Directors for Project Worthmore, a Colorado non-profit aimed at providing diverse support to the refugee families in the community. Greg also serves as the President-elect on the Colorado Bar Association Solo and Small Firm Section Counsel. When he's not helping his clients form or run their businesses, Greg enjoys spending quality time with his loved ones. He and his wife can often be found exploring the stunning mountains that surround their home, accompanied by their beloved dog, Luna.
