Our litigation practice focuses on business disputes, including contract disputes, business divorce and partnership breakups, together with employment, real estate, trade secret and noncompetition matters, prosecution and defense of civil judgments / complex collections, bankruptcy and nondischargeability claims, intellectual property, construction, professional liability and malpractice, civil rights, personal injury and product liability defense, insurance, and other commercial matters.
